Welcome!

Cook Street Medical Clinic is sadly closing its doors effective March 15, 2024. We have been proud to serve the community for many years and we hope to continue to do so in our physicians' new locations.  Due to circumstances outside of our control, our lease was unexpectedly terminated to be retrofitted, and we have been unable to secure a comparable office space in the area.

Effective March 16, 2024, Dr. Waterman, Dr. Isiah, and Dr. Felix will be relocating their practices to the following locations:
